My order was received payment taken immediately, this was followed by my delivery being signed for by the driver of Hermes and still not being delivered, I have requested information from MAUVAIS and the response is awfully slow and next to pointless. Friends have ordered before and service was great however I just want to receive a full refund for incompetence and lack of regard for customers.
