The product itself is absolutely fine. However the service prior to that was very poor and makes me not want to purchase again. So firstly the order did not arrive within more than the timescale. Tried on various different platforms to get some help with no response. Eventually I did get a response and was told about why it was late and that I would get an email when it would be on its way so I could make sure I was in. I did not get an email when it was on it’s way so I had to go to the sorting office after missing it because of no email.
