I put up my return request on Sep 18 and I was informed that it will be picked up by 22nd Sep, 2023. Almost two weeks have passed and there is no update on the same. My wife Aparajita Banerjee has complained multiple times, both on phone and mail, but in vain. I am going to put a pathetic review of my disappointing experience for your online misadventure both on your site, on Google, on Facebook and whichever platform possible because when you don't have any sense of responsibility, it is my duty to remind you the same. If I would have had enough time to chase my return pick up, then I could have purchased offline from your store only! Complete wastage of time.
