Worst delivery and customer service provider from online max fashion online Saudi Arabia. It's already been 8 days and above they should deliver but still nothing . And even complain online 4 times as well as email too . Still see same no response.

Despite being a very old customer of Max fashions almost 8 years, it has started charging for shipping and that to 1000 rs for my residence and 150 for official address. This time had a very worst experience. Services deteriorated. They don't bother at all that they will lose their customer.

Please don't buy from max app.I had a worst experience.The delivery time was shown as 4-6 working days, neither the product was delivered nor they had refunded the full amount.An amount of Rs 119 which was shipping fees was cut from me.When the product was not delivered as per the delivery date shown in the app, I had raised a complaint to the customer care, they had given false promises to wait for 2-3 days and that the product has reached my destination city.On one fine day after 15 days of my order being place, an amount less shipping and convenience fee was credited to my account and the item was shown as undelivered in my app.Therefore please refrain from using max app.

Your customer service is the worst. It has been 7 days since I placed my order and I haven’t received a single update. You are neither providing an option for refund or cancellation, nor resolving my issue. Many of your executives, especially the female staff I spoke with, were disrespectful and kept repeating false promises that my order would be delivered the next day since September 16th. I have spoken to 4–5 agents, but they all provide the same information that I can already see myself. If your executives have no real updates or solutions, then what is the purpose of having customer service at all?

Terrible refund experience! I returned my order and the pickup was confirmed, but my refund has been endlessly delayed with no clear updates. The dates keep changing and customer support only gives copy-paste replies asking me to "wait." Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Think twice before ordering from Max Fashion!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the product and customer service. I purchased two lower pants last month, and after wearing them only 3-4 times, I noticed multiple holes throughout the fabric. When I visited the store today to request an exchange, I was met with resistance from the store manager, Ashish Prakash. He not only refused the exchange but also accused me of intentionally damaging the pants. His approach was unprofessional, and the manner in which he handled the situation was far from courteous. This has left me dissatisfied with both the quality of the product and the level of service provided. Never buy any items from them worst quality. See the attached video.

WORST DELIVERY PARTNER! WORST CALL CENTER! DEFINITELY WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN! THE COURIER JUST TOOK PICTURE THAT THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED IN FRONT OF OUR DOOR. BUT HE TOOK IT AGAIN WITH HIM. ORDER STATUS WAS CHANGED FROM OUT IF DELIVERY TO DELIVERED EVENTHOU THE ITEM WAS NOT REALLY RECEIVED BY CUSTOMERS

After two months of investing, I decided to make my first withdrawal, but my account with over $160,000 was suddenly locked. Worst service ever witnessed. Please guys don't order online u vil not receive ur order on time, plus the delivery rider vil not answer ur cal on top he vil disconnect ur line. Very very very poor logistics from max. Dint except this from such big group landmark.

Max online shopping is a nightmare. I had gone to the store but I had vouchers which could be used only online. The representative suggested to download the app and make the purchase. All the three orders were available and was packed and paid. But after payment they said it will be updated on the app to collect and my nightmare started It took several calls and escalation to get the refund of one product out of three since they kept saying one product was in transit which wasn’t true. Even after 4-5 working days it had no update on the delivery. I called several times and they kept giving clumsy excuses and there was no option to cancel . After 20 days they cancelled one order where as I had requested the cancellation of all the three. During this process some third party knew this escalation and I got scammed of 10k in the name of refund and refund voucher redemption . The bank is still checking the scam .

Max Fashion, 80 feet road, Sanjay Nagar is not open yet. Tike bis 1130hrs. Atxleast 25 customers are waiting outside. The shutter is half open. People have been waiting since 1100 hrs.

Worst experience, app shows 3 to 5 business days delivery. Didn't receive the product even after 15 days. Worst customer service I ever had. No one even bother to respond properly or understand the problem. The delivery agency they are having is way more worse than them. They cut the call when we are talking. The app shows out for delivery as 29th Nov and everyday it shows will be delivered today

Disappointing Experience at Max Fashion Mangalore branch I recently purchased a top from the Max Fashion Mangalore branch, but when I went to return it, the experience was frustrating. They informed me that exchanges can only be made within their own brand and not with other brands, which was not made clear at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, they didn’t have the top in my size. The staff suggested I take a bigger size instead, which didn’t fit properly, or choose a color that doesn’t suit my skin tone. This lack of flexibility and understanding is disappointing. I expected better customer service and clearer policies from a reputed store like Max Fashion. Would not recommend shopping here if you value hassle-free returns or exchanges.
