“Disappointing Experience at Max Fashion Mangalore branch
I recently purchased a top from the Max Fashion Mangalore branch, but when I went to return it, the experience was frustrating. They informed me that exchanges can only be made within their own brand and not with other brands, which was not made clear at the time of purchase.
To make matters worse, they didn’t have the top in my size. The staff suggested I take a bigger size instead, which didn’t fit properly, or choose a color that doesn’t suit my skin tone. This lack of flexibility and understanding is disappointing. I expected better customer service and clearer policies from a reputed store like Max Fashion. Would not recommend shopping here if you value hassle-free returns or exchanges.”

Today I visited max showroom for exchange of the product purchased online due to size issue, after visiting the max mirdif showroom the store manager told I online purchase # not showing in system.
I called customer service for more than 30 min. 1st I spoke with Mr. Mohammed in customer service he is also saying the same, then the call was transferred to a Filipino lady, which she introduced as manager ... she was too rude. Her behavior was like she keeps on asking the same questions n irritate me a lot. I never had such unethical behavior earlier.
At last they told the courier co will come after 4 to 5 working day. Is this the way they should behave?
If I was any local customer they would have done the needful.

“Visiting Max Fashion stores is a punishment of highest order. Such a pathetic experience. Visited Himayat Nagar Hyderabad India Branch today. Persons who designed the payment counters layout deserve a reward. It's always a chaos at payment counters. Also, only max two counters operate which are manned by most inefficient staffs. Why and how Max Fashion stores think that Customers don't have any value of their time ? It took me 30 minutes to get the billing done and that too without any invoice being provided. Staffs at Counters kept informing Customers that they'll receive invoices over messages which never came. Such a disgusting experience. They are not fit to be in business. Hope I paid my last visit to their stores today.”

“I recently visited the Max Fashion store in Serampore, Hooghly, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The service was absolutely appalling. The employees displayed an astonishing level of arrogance and indifference towards customers.
To make matters worse, I had to endure a humiliating 1.5-hour wait in the billing queue. It's unacceptable to keep customers waiting for such an extended period. I would have walked out of the store in frustration if it had not been an urgent purchase.
I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this store at all costs. The poor service and disrespectful staff make it a completely unpleasant shopping experience.”
“I just bought a socks worth aed 20.00 in MAX Mall of the Emirates. And there after a Russian lady it was my turn, and this guy Named Pratheep who is in the cashier did not even give any greetings like i can even see on his face like he is dissappointed that i am going to buy a socks only, and when he asked wether i’ll pay card or cash i replied card but suddenly my husband called me and said he have a cash so I said i will just pay cash then this “Pratheep” breath heavely, and i was triggered to ask him is there any discrimination to the customer and nationality? And he said Yes to me. It was very disrepesfectful and knowing that i worked for landmark group also for 4 years, we were not trained to be Disrespectful as he is. This is not a kind of customer service Landmark is looking for.”
