I am appalled by the utter disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by your company. My order #1246278681, placed on May 25, 2025, for 7 dresses, was a complete disaster. Instead of the ordered items, I received 7 entirely different dresses.
Despite initiating the return process on May 26, 2025, it's been over 30 days, and I've heard nothing. No updates, no refunds, no replacements. This inaction is unacceptable.
I demand:
1. Immediate replacement with the correct items
2. Full refund for the incorrect items if replacement isn't possible
3. Compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused
I request a prompt resolution within the next 7 days. Failure to address this issue will lead me to explore other avenues, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience on social media.
