Terrible refund experience!
I returned my order and the pickup was confirmed, but my refund has been endlessly delayed with no clear updates. The dates keep changing and customer support only gives copy-paste replies asking me to "wait." Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Think twice before ordering from Max Fashion!
