I waited three days for my package, after I got an Mail that it should arrive that day. After not receiving it I contacted the support of Max Trader.
Max Trader confirmed that the delivery company lost the package and Max Trader was not able to send me another package, although the product was still buyable with Max Trader. They did give back the money, but I waited over a month for the product and when the package should have arrived I lost several days of my work time, since I was required to be home when the package should have arrived.
