I sent a contact form from your site asking how to apply a coupon code as I had the Welcome10 code and items in my basket with my credit card entered and poised to make my purchase. I explained I didn't want to loose the sale price. The automatic message after I submitted it was you would response very quickly. After a week I never got a response back from you. Considering you have an eager buyer ready to push the submit button, why would you not jump on the sale?
