“We recently received two of your bird design mugs as a present, which we thought were very pretty. We noticed the print on the bottom of the mugs deemed them to be 'microwave safe'. So my grand-daughter used one of your mugs to heat up some milk in the microwave. The whole thing exploded, sending milk and shards of mug all over my grand-daughter and the kitchen. Fortunately, the milk itself was merely tepid and she wasn't hurt. In my view, it might be wise to amend the instructions on your mug moving forward.”

“Placemats are of very poor quality and would not recommend anyone to purchase. After one use edges are delaminating and moisture is seeping into the edges due to corkboard edges not being sealed enough. Contacted Maxwell and Williams and they said that they have been exposed to moisture. Only wiped over with a damp cloth for cleaning. What is the point in having placemats and coasters if they cannot withstand the purpose they are designed for. Very disappointed.”

As a Christian I was delighted to see a design which focussed on the real blessing of Jesus coming to bless us. Also, the design was bright and beautiful. “There was a problem with delivery of my order, it was quite delayed and then one of the items was broken on arrival. I am happy to say that this was put right promptly and with a complimentary item so I was left a happy customer. I really do like the bowls that I received.”
