“There was a problem with delivery of my order, it was quite delayed and then one of the items was broken on arrival. I am happy to say that this was put right promptly and with a complimentary item so I was left a happy customer. I really do like the bowls that I received.”

“The website is fairly easy to navigate, my only concern is that the out of stick items only show out of stick once you’ve actually chosen the item. Other websites have a clear ‘only items in stock’ filter which would have prevented me from getting too happy I could but some plates I’ve been searching for. Checkout experience pretty straight forward - just waiting for delivery.”

“2 things that might make it better. Some sort of auto response saying that my message sent to "contact us" has been received. Being able to more easily order from Favorites. Direct link to add from favorites to shopping cart. I kept having to go back to my favorites in order to add more and I had a hard time remembering which ones I had added and hadn't added. This is probably mostly due to the fact that I was ordering such a variety of the Boho prints but it could be something improved on regardless. Also I can't answer the questions below because I haven't gotten any email for estimated shipping or delivery time. So actually I am now changing my review from "good" to "acceptable." Best, Courtney”
