Arrived broken and sliced my hand open getting it out to take a photo to prove it was broken 🙈🙈🙈

I returned 8 plates which were received by Maxwell & Williams 3 weeks ago. I have not received a refund and have e mailed a couple of times and have not had a response. I will not be ordering from Maxwell & Williams again.

How would you describe the service when money are taken 2 weeks ago, not possible possible to track, not possible to call as phone is switched to answering machine? What is that at all?

Ordered on 24/09/2019 order number #MW053424 and am still waiting to receive my items. Have tried sending an email but am told that it is not a valid address. My next step if I do not hear from company is to contact pay pal. Very disappointed as my items are a gift for my family

ordered on 24/09/19 order no. #MW053424 and am still awaiting the delivery.As these plates are a gift for my family I am desperate to receive them(in perfect condition). If they do not arrive soon and I receive no update as to their whereabouts I shall be contacting pay pal

Trying to send a message on this web-page contact page regarding the dinner set I am thinking to purchase, and once you verified, press submit, nothing happens. I've tried this a dozen times. Frustrating.

Four coasters arrived one with two chips on the front and another chipped on a back corner. The coasters were in sleeved bubble wrap but could move easily and in a jiffy back so all four were free to move around. The package was not marked fragile and was posted through our letterbox - having been shuffled around in bags/vans prior to this. Very disappointed that these beautiful coasters are ruined.

Goods arrived damaged. Not fit for dining use made contact email as suggested. No replies gave time then reported to paypal.

Ordering went quick enough, and payment also taken quick enough. However, where are my goods? I was promised a 2 to 4 working days delivery. A week ago. As it was a large order at around £300 I am not impressed.

I am not at all happy with my purchase. I was given the impression that, as a first time buyer, I would receive 10% off the purchase price. However, there did not appear to be anywhere on the purchasing page to enter the 'Welcome10' code which I had previously been sent by email and when I moved on to the PayPal page there was no way of going back.l

When I checked you website I was told if I sign up, which did, I would get a code for 10% discount as a first time buyer. This code never arrived so I have had to pay full price. Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered 14 plates on 4th January. I have not yet received them! I emailed to ask why and was told that there was a problem with the website - and also told they would send my order the next day - that was 16th January. I chased them up again yesterday, no reply yet... today is the 22nd.

My order has just been cancelled by a company called creative-tops.com due to not being available even though I ordered direct from yourselves AND the items I ordered are still showing as in stock on your website !

The product ordered was apparently out of stock, although no mention of this was made on the website at the time of purchase. The order was cancelled, and so that was it. If you are using a third party to distribute your goods, perhaps you should reappraise the situation.

I ordered a dinnerware set which arrived with all of the pieces broken and / or chipped. Maxwell & Williams included a copy of their NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, which states that “if you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund”. After requesting a refund of the order, I received no response from their sales team. I am pursuing a formal claim under the Consumer Credit Act 2015 in hopes of having the order refunded. Not only did they fail to ship the goods in adequate packaging, they have completely failed to honour their own company’s guarantee.
