“Lovely mugs but took almost a month to arrive.”

“Placed an order on 4th October it is now 21st and no sign of delivery. Phoned last week and was told I would definitely have by the weekend but I was just fobbed off. So glad I used PayPal so have raised a complaint. Definitely do not recommend”

“I was promised a 10% discount on my first order but then when I added the code it was classed as invalid. Don’t promise it if you aren’t going to give it. Was disappointing and deters me from buying from your site again”

“I have purchased these products before from a traditional shop and like them. I liked the online site, but when I came to use the promo code "WELCOME 10" it refused to accept it. However, as I wanted the products quickly, I placed the order but did not receive the promised 10% first order discount. Poor!!”

“Shopping experience was fine, website is easy, pictures are not taking longer to charge... but I had chosen an item on sale and they wrote me the following day to let me know the didn't have stock, of I wanted to choose another one or get the refund; I got the refund within 3 or 4 days but I still could see the product being offered in the website.”

“Haven’t received order or had any communication about when it will be delivered. Annoying as postage was almost a £5 ! for 2 small cups and saucers. For that price it should be next day delivery!”
