Actually, I was disappointed because you sold out of the item I really wanted and you don't have the option to put an order in when something is out of stock. I would have been happy to place the order and wait until you restocked. Then I wouldn't have to keep checking back. Or, at least offer a way for customers to receive a notice when a desired item is back in stock. Thank you.

A bit disappointed with the service so far. I placed my order on Sunday. I still haven't got an email to let me know if it's been dispatched, or a link to track my order. Nikki

Not the most intuitive of order completion processes, but adequate. Main beef: I was promised a 10% discount on my first order if I signed up to your marketing ... & it never materialised. I felt a bit cheated; not an ideal impression and am not sure I now do want your marketing material.

I've been unable to contact customer services, the invoice is different from the price on the website, the phone number on your website does not exist. I have sent 3 emails asking to change the order and no one has responded either by phone or by email. Update. I've revised my rating. The after sales once contact was made has been good. I still have to return the original order but there have been good comms since. This is an automated order system and is not flexible during holiday periods

I was pleased at the ease of use and layout of the site, but I thought the quality of photography not good enough- I had difficulty when trying to identify the patterns on the plates I was looking for online, and from the illustrations could not with certainty identify the ones I wanted. Also, perhaps some guidance could be given on measuring plate size - is it from edge to edge, or inner rim?

You offered me a 10% discount off my first order and then when I put in the code it said it was not valid! This is not what I call a good experience. The only reason I continued is that I am buying the cookery, as a Christmas present, to add to the set me daughter already has. She has just moved into her own flat - very disappointed.

Maxwell nd Williams are probably the worst company in the world with which do business with. My advice to everyone is to steer well clear of them.
