I was emailed a promotion code which I pasted into the order. The code was not accepted!! So no 10% discount as promised.

Problems with completing order. Still unsure whether they will be charging me for six plates instead of three. Website poor. Keeps telling me it doesn’t recognise the goods I am ordering but I am using their names for them!

I have only scored my experience as 'poor' because there were lots of broken links on the website. I really wanted 20cm pasta / soup bowls not 18cm cereal bowls but every pasta bowl link I clicked on gave me an Error404 result. Impossible to tell if these are available or not.

It didn't go very well. of 8 mini sauce jugs delivered, two were chipped and the five china mugs I ordered were (all) cancelled by the sender as one was chipped. Why not send me the other 4? Not what I expected, but I still like the brand and will give the benefit of the doubt that I was just unlucky this time.

No response after initial order confirmation. After 10 days money taken, no contact and no goods. After I phoned I was told one of the items would not be available for ca 2 months Was promised refund on the waiting item - but not holding my breath! Part order was subsequently delivered promptly.

I’ve been trying to order on your website for the past two weeks but it has failed to order until today. However, today you have no more of the Christopher vine paradiso mugs I wanted to order. So disappointed!

Poor website design. Too many screens for purchase of multiple items. Would have given up, but liked the product enough to persevere. No clarity about getting my 10% didiscount

I ordered goods on 26th and have had no indication of when they might arrive. 4days later they have still not arrived and I don’t know when they will.

"I have not recieved my goods yet. Why ask for a review before the good have arrived?" 07/11/2017 11.30 Parcel is out for delivery but has not yet arrived. You are jumping the gun in asking for a review before the delivery has been completed.

registered without problem but the sysytem wouldn't recognise my email address - and no-one has answered my email to help; also no phone no to ring and no office address to check authenticity of company etc

Accepted order and took money and only then did you realise you had miscounted stock and could not fulfill order. You made only one attempt to contact me (one email which MS hotmail flagged as junk) and then no further contact attempted that I can see. Only when I try and track down why no product received after 1 week do I find out.

Half the order was broken in their warehouse but I had no contact from them asking if I still wanted the rest of the order to be shipped, they just did nothing. I had to chase it up and then could only communicate by email although they gave a phone number in the confirmation email. When I phoned I was told I was unable to speak to the department concerned I could only email them. Eventually the rest of the order was delivered but not within the timeframe quoted when I placed the order.
