“I sent a contact form from your site asking how to apply a coupon code as I had the Welcome10 code and items in my basket with my credit card entered and poised to make my purchase. I explained I didn't want to loose the sale price. The automatic message after I submitted it was you would response very quickly. After a week I never got a response back from you. Considering you have an eager buyer ready to push the submit button, why would you not jump on the sale?”

Hi, thanks for contacting us. Firstly please accept our apology, we have had an issue with receiving enquiries via the website which has now been rectified. Secondly, you can enter your discount code on the basket page of the website. Underneath the Checkout Now section, just above the payment logos, you will see a section that says 'Have a promo code?'. “I placed an order but was not sent a confirmation email. When I set up an account to track the parcel - the website would not allow me to track it as it said email not registered. I subsequently wrote an note via the website but have still not got an answer. Quite worried if I will get my order in time.”

“I accepted your 10% discount option for new customers, but could not add to my order at the end of paying, and therefore paid in full I await a response from my email which I sent. I will be happy to give another positive review if resolved Jan Herbert”
