The web site is easy to negotiate, has clear displays of the items in question (in my case mug sets) and sizes if relevant. Ordering is straightforward and quickly acknowledged. So far so good. They advise they will send an email to advise when dispatched. This is where it falls down a little. I haven't received a second email, but did receive the goods today, on the forth working day after ordering, so not all bad in this respect.
The packaging though, was a little over the top, so I've got a lot more to recycle than is truly necessary.
