I looked everywhere for a particular mug for my daughter, and managed to find it on Maxwell Williams website. It seemed to take no time at all to be dispatched. Best of all, as nobody was at home the postman took it to our local Post Office instead of the main sorting office.
The mug and other goods were well packaged, arrived unbroken and are just as they look on the website. Perfect.
