Unfortunately when I received my watch it was not working.  I have emailed both your Sales and Customer Service areas to try and reslove the issue (18/12, 19/12 and 20/12).  The complaint number is 00026519.  My last email was sent on 20 December 2023 to your Sales area seeking the offered refund of my purchase.  I am yet to receive a reply to this email to ascertain/confirm the procedure involved in return of the watch to you and receipt of a full refund.  I look forward to receiving a prompt response.  Naturally I am very disappointed to have a watch that does not work and seek urgent resolution.
