BUT from then on the experience went downhill. I received advice via email that my purchase had been prepared and I would receive it by the 26th March. I had not received it by the 28th March, so I initiated an enquiry which resulted in my being told that the parcel had not been collected and due to Easter it would not be collected until the following Tuesday after Easter. It is now Thursday and I have just received an email (after another enquiry on my part) I have been advised that the parcel has still not left your premises, but that an employee will now take the parcel to Australia Post. For me this item is much anticipated and a big purchase $ wise so I am very disappointed. I would request that the parcel be posted EXPRESS.”

“Very poor experience with the online purchase. Had selected in store pick up for a specified date that they provided online for 1 week after the online purchase. We waited 3 weeks to receive the watch in store after constant chasing.
No-one had any idea on where the watch was and also was then promised via email that they would get the watch sent out immediately after the selected pick up date. They promised that the watch would be sent and that they would email with tracking. After the next promised date I followed up again after receiving no email, then from there on received no further correspondence from that person. We then had to contact store the watch was meant to be delivered to. The manger there was helpful and tried her best to sort the issue out. We had found out that watch was never packed or dispatched. It was apparently sitting at a Newcastle store and no-one had bothered to fulfil the order. After around 3 weeks we finally had news they had dispatched, after the Miranda store manager had chased them.”
