“The initial server wasn't too interested in assisting me and didn't listen to me when I said I was there to collect a watch I had purchased and then told me she didn't have my 'repair' there. I had to keep telling her 'it's not a repair, it's a purchase of a new Swiss Rado".... Then a much more friendly server took over and said to me 'of course, I have it here for you' She was amazing (the second one). She knew I was there for a new collection, adjusted the watch band and was super helpful. First one needed some customer service training.”

“Sadly it is sealed so well I haven’t opened it as it is for my grandsons birthday in November so I hope it is as lovely as it looked on line. Finely my Grandson has had his birthday and he loved his bracelet.”

“I bought a Tag Heur Formula 1 watch for my husband online. The online customer service was efficient, helpful & I was given a generous discount compared to other retailers. I bought the watch that day & it was delivered free of charge several days after that. My husband is over the moon with the watch & we will be purchasing from Mazzucchelli's again because the customer service experience & pricing is so good. Thank you!”

“My initial enquiry and placement of my order went well. 5 stars. BUT from then on the experience went downhill. I received advice via email that my purchase had been prepared and I would receive it by the 26th March. I had not received it by the 28th March, so I initiated an enquiry which resulted in my being told that the parcel had not been collected and due to Easter it would not be collected until the following Tuesday after Easter. It is now Thursday and I have just received an email (after another enquiry on my part) I have been advised that the parcel has still not left your premises, but that an employee will now take the parcel to Australia Post. For me this item is much anticipated and a big purchase $ wise so I am very disappointed. I would request that the parcel be posted EXPRESS.”
