The online process was simple and flawless, with a coupon code applied seamlessly. I arranged to pick up the watch at the most convenient store to me and the soonest I could collect it was more than a week away - no problem as I thought the watch had to come from over East. I get to the store at the arranged day & time and it took a while to find my order actually existed, then given the make & model was fortuitously in store the person who could release the order was unavailable. The agent in the store was brilliant under pressure, and within an hour I had my new watch. Luckily I am a watch enthusiast so I could remove the two links needed so the watch fitted my wrist when I got home. I don't know what happens if that wasn't the case. I get it - it was a entry-level Swiss watch heavily discounted via a coupon, AND I did not ask about getting it fitted properly knowing I could do it myself anyhow is relevant. Funnily enough, my previous purchase from Mazzucchelli's was from the Carosel store about 35 years ago (a Tag Huer Professional 1000 Submariner) - how things have changed!

Got the watch for a good price, delivery was good. Then things went down hill, the strap needed resizing so I went to Mazzucchelli's in Midland gate, Midland only to be told they don't sell Tag Heuer so unable to help me, told to go to Mazzucchelli's Galleria in Morley. Spoke to a lady and she says she will have a go, twenty minutes later she informed me that she will have to send it away for resizing........ Then I went Mazzucchelli's in Cannington there I saw a nice lady who also informs me that they don't sell Tag Heuer but I can do it. Ten minutes later all done but she tells me it will cost $25. I did pay and was great full that is was done but feel disappointed that I was charged after I paid nearly $4000 so as you see I was disappointed with your after sales service. Now I find the watch looses four minutes in two days so now I have to get that seen to. So if you can help me in this matter where do I go to have it seen to. The product was of good quality and my wife loved it but the customer service I felt was not up to standard. I went to the wrong store and one of the staff was rude and in addition the actual store that the order was placed was the same. I felt like they treated me as I if they were giving away the item for free. Have seen better customer service at other jewellery stores like Tiffany, Rosendorff etc

Bought off your website, never was there any mention of the product coming from zamels. The box was cheap zamels, the earrings were thrown in and fell out when the box was opened. The staff when collecting were rude but I guess that was because i unknowingly bought a Zamels product. They pretty much threw a bag at me and went to serve someone else, didn’t even wait to check everything was in order. Will never purchase another thing from this website or store.

I placed an order on a Monday after confirmation that it would be fast tracked and received in two business days. This was important as the product was a gift for Saturday. When it hadn’t arrived on Friday I messaged to be advised that the courier didn’t show so it is scheduled to be delivered Monday. I would have reconsidered the purchase if I had known. There was no sympathy either.

Well wrapped parcel. Product was beautiful, but one of the stud earring's back broke, bit disappointed as delivery took ages until I had to email an enquire because they did not inform me delay.

Great ordering and email support. Only thing was I askednto get a link removed on the watch but they said they were not able to. As they didn't sell that brand of watch in store.

Disappointed, not in the jewellery in the service. Ordered on line was told pickup couldn't happen for 4 days. Had it delivered, was shipped overnight from the shop I wanted to pick it up from then just left in letter box. $1000 earrings just left without any signiture nothing
