Got the watch for a good price, delivery was good. Then things went down hill, the strap needed resizing so I went to Mazzucchelli's in Midland gate, Midland only to be told they don't sell Tag Heuer so unable to help me, told to go to Mazzucchelli's Galleria in Morley. Spoke to a lady and she says she will have a go, twenty minutes later she informed me that she will have to send it away for resizing........ Then I went Mazzucchelli's in Cannington there I saw a nice lady who also informs me that they don't sell Tag Heuer but I can do it. Ten minutes later all done but she tells me it will cost $25. I did pay and was great full that is was done but feel disappointed that I was charged after I paid nearly $4000 so as you see I was disappointed with your after sales service. Now I find the watch looses four minutes in two days so now I have to get that seen to. So if you can help me in this matter where do I go to have it seen to. Better communication is required from the vendor. I ordered a watch only for it to be out of stock. I had to reach out to find this out. It then took another 2 months to receive the item with me having to reach out again to acquire updates.

I have made this purchase in the beginning of December, in time for my anniversary 2 weeks later. Unfortunately I am yet to receive my item. There has been a minimal communication and next to no updates. I am feeling disappointed

Great product as always but terrible shipping. Has taken over 2 weeks to come from less than 20km away, wrong item was sent and had to wait for the courier to return it before the item I ordered would be sent.

My initial enquiry and placement of my order went well. 5 stars. BUT from then on the experience went downhill. I received advice via email that my purchase had been prepared and I would receive it by the 26th March. I had not received it by the 28th March, so I initiated an enquiry which resulted in my being told that the parcel had not been collected and due to Easter it would not be collected until the following Tuesday after Easter. It is now Thursday and I have just received an email (after another enquiry on my part) I have been advised that the parcel has still not left your premises, but that an employee will now take the parcel to Australia Post. For me this item is much anticipated and a big purchase $ wise so I am very disappointed. I would request that the parcel be posted EXPRESS.

Very poor experience with the online purchase. Had selected in store pick up for a specified date that they provided online for 1 week after the online purchase. We waited 3 weeks to receive the watch in store after constant chasing. No-one had any idea on where the watch was and also was then promised via email that they would get the watch sent out immediately after the selected pick up date. They promised that the watch would be sent and that they would email with tracking. After the next promised date I followed up again after receiving no email, then from there on received no further correspondence from that person. We then had to contact store the watch was meant to be delivered to. The manger there was helpful and tried her best to sort the issue out. We had found out that watch was never packed or dispatched. It was apparently sitting at a Newcastle store and no-one had bothered to fulfil the order. After around 3 weeks we finally had news they had dispatched, after the Miranda store manager had chased them.

Had to chase after my online order with numerous phone calls - not the best service and it took sevreal weeks to be delivered if i had not enquired wirh head office, I would still be waiting for my item

The watch is fine but at looking at the watch it seems like display item as packaging was missing on strap and main glass. Rest at the moment it is working fine.
