“Very satisfied with the product. Quick delivery. Just disappointed with the delay response from customer service. I wasted the entitle time of waiting for the first product which i desired to have it.”

“Not sure if it’s a Mazzucchelli fault or Tag Heuer fault but when I purchased a watch for my partner we found out the wrong booklet was in with the box. We are trying to sort it out now as it wasn’t a cheap watch. I also asked the staff member if the watch was battery or wind up, I was told wind up therefore I ended up giving my partner his 60th birthday present 3 months early as I didn’t want to be responsible for winding it. When I gave it to him he said it was battery, so I could have held on to it until his birthday in April which was a bit annoying. The store was Cockburn.”

“Completed online order for two items, necklace & set of matching earrings and was given collection date from selected store due to items not being in stock. Called store on advised collection date to inquire on status of order, was informed that only one item had arrived in store so I attended the store and collected the one item. When asking the sales team member when I could expect the other item to arrive they were unable to tell me as they have no visibility on orders that are placed online however they did check other store for stock and advised that there was stock available at two other stores, I asked if I could attend one of the stores to collect and was told no as this was already on route to their store. On arriving home I then emailed the online section asking when I could expect my missing item to be available for collection. After no communication for a week I called the store again but was informed that my item was not there yet so I started an online chat with another team member who after looking up order asked me if I would like to collect the item from a store that had stock available, even though a week prior I was told that I was unable to do this, to which I replied that I would collect so they emailed the other store and made arrangements for me to collect item the next day. Even though the quality of teh jewellery is good I will not be purchasing from Mazzucchelli's Online system again due to the lack of communication and delay in obtaining item. The online chat individual was terrific and managed to get things sorted so not sure where the disconnect is between the rest of the staff I dealt with.”

“Very happy with the purchase and online sales staff. When I picked up watch from chadstone and asked about resizing watch, was told that they do not resize brands they do not stock and I should take my watch to mister minute. Was disappointed that I was told to take my watch to mister minute considering what I had spent.”

“The initial server wasn't too interested in assisting me and didn't listen to me when I said I was there to collect a watch I had purchased and then told me she didn't have my 'repair' there. I had to keep telling her 'it's not a repair, it's a purchase of a new Swiss Rado".... Then a much more friendly server took over and said to me 'of course, I have it here for you' She was amazing (the second one). She knew I was there for a new collection, adjusted the watch band and was super helpful. First one needed some customer service training.”

“Happy with my purchase but delivery took longer than expected. I received shipping notification but then the tracking showed it hadn’t gone anywhere for several days. When I contacted Mazzucchelli’s they claimed there was an issue with the courier not picking up parcels. They rebooked the pickup and the parcel was then delivered in short order. While I’m happy they fixed the problem promptly I think it’s something they probably should have identified before I had to make contact. The rest of the sales process was great, the experience on the web site was good, and the pricing of the products was excellent so overall a mostly positive experience.”

“The watch was not working and required new batteries. We were told to go to the swatch head office that was not open to put the batteries, but a normal watch shop put the battery and the watch is Woking.”
