Happy with my purchase but delivery took longer than expected. I received shipping notification but then the tracking showed it hadn’t gone anywhere for several days. When I contacted Mazzucchelli’s they claimed there was an issue with the courier not picking up parcels. They rebooked the pickup and the parcel was then delivered in short order. While I’m happy they fixed the problem promptly I think it’s something they probably should have identified before I had to make contact. The rest of the sales process was great, the experience on the web site was good, and the pricing of the products was excellent so overall a mostly positive experience.
