Completed online order for two items, necklace & set of matching earrings and was given collection date from selected store due to items not being in stock. Called store on advised collection date to inquire on status of order, was informed that only one item had arrived in store so I attended the store and collected the one item. When asking the sales team member when I could expect the other item to arrive they were unable to tell me as they have no visibility on orders that are placed online however they did check other store for stock and advised that there was stock available at two other stores, I asked if I could attend one of the stores to collect and was told no as this was already on route to their store. On arriving home I then emailed the online section asking when I could expect my missing item to be available for collection. After no communication for a week I called the store again but was informed that my item was not there yet so I started an online chat with another team member who after looking up order asked me if I would like to collect the item from a store that had stock available, even though a week prior I was told that I was unable to do this, to which I replied that I would collect so they emailed the other store and made arrangements for me to collect item the next day. Even though the quality of teh jewellery is good I will not be purchasing from Mazzucchelli's Online system again due to the lack of communication and delay in obtaining item. The online chat individual was terrific and managed to get things sorted so not sure where the disconnect is between the rest of the staff I dealt with.
