Got the watch for a good price, delivery was good. Then things went down hill, the strap needed resizing so I went to Mazzucchelli's in Midland gate, Midland only to be told they don't sell Tag Heuer so unable to help me, told to go to Mazzucchelli's Galleria in Morley. Spoke to a lady and she says she will have a go, twenty minutes later she informed me that she will have to send it away for resizing........ Then I went Mazzucchelli's in Cannington there I saw a nice lady who also informs me that they don't sell Tag Heuer but I can do it. Ten minutes later all done but she tells me it will cost $25. I did pay and was great full that is was done but feel disappointed that I was charged after I paid nearly $4000 so as you see I was disappointed with your after sales service. Now I find the watch looses four minutes in two days so now I have to get that seen to. So if you can help me in this matter where do I go to have it seen to.
