The product was of good quality and my wife loved it but the customer service I felt was not up to standard. I went to the wrong store and one of the staff was rude and in addition the actual store that the order was placed was the same. I felt like they treated me as I if they were giving away the item for free. Have seen better customer service at other jewellery stores like Tiffany, Rosendorff etc
