“Unfortunately, the bracelet did not fit my wife's wrist. In view of that, earlier today we went to Mazzucchelli's shop in Belconnen, ACT and we were told that it was not possible to change it because the shop did not have links with an online purchase! Please tell me how to solve this problem; at this point I am more inclined for a full refund and buy in person, than continue to do shopping on Mazzucchelli's online. Looking forward for your reply. “The watch was not working and required new batteries. We were told to go to the swatch head office that was not open to put the batteries, but a normal watch shop put the battery and the watch is Woking.”

“Had to chase after my online order with numerous phone calls - not the best service and it took sevreal weeks to be delivered if i had not enquired wirh head office, I would still be waiting for my item”

“Disappointed, not in the jewellery in the service. Ordered on line was told pickup couldn't happen for 4 days. Had it delivered, was shipped overnight from the shop I wanted to pick it up from then just left in letter box. $1000 earrings just left without any signiture nothing”

“Unfortunately when I received my watch it was not working. I have emailed both your Sales and Customer Service areas to try and reslove the issue (18/12, 19/12 and 20/12). The complaint number is 00026519. My last email was sent on 20 December 2023 to your Sales area seeking the offered refund of my purchase. I am yet to receive a reply to this email to ascertain/confirm the procedure involved in return of the watch to you and receipt of a full refund. I look forward to receiving a prompt response. Naturally I am very disappointed to have a watch that does not work and seek urgent resolution.”
