“I'm happy with my purchase. It's just like the image. The price was great, used an online option to receive a better price, thanks. Delivery could have done with notifications, appears that startrack took my purchase on a 3 day tour of Perth... very nice quality and a good weight. Thanks.”

“Hi! I was very pleased with the service. They said 3 to 5 days for delivery but only took 2! I used Live Chat which I generally avoid as it is so time-consuming but the responses were quick. But most importantly the receiver very much liked the present. Stay Safe Brian”

“Can’t believe this happened in a big jewellery company! Made an online purchase on 05/10, still hasn’t received the product! Wrote two emails to them, no response at all and now they sent me an email asked me to write a review about the purchase! Very disappointing experience and have asked for a refund from PayPal! The product is showing estimated delivery on 12/10 on the shipping company website, and it still showing the same information on the website today!Where is the item now?”
