Not sure if it’s a Mazzucchelli fault or Tag Heuer fault but when I purchased a watch for my partner we found out the wrong booklet was in with the box. We are trying to sort it out now as it wasn’t a cheap watch. I also asked the staff member if the watch was battery or wind up, I was told wind up therefore I ended up giving my partner his 60th birthday present 3 months early as I didn’t want to be responsible for winding it. When I gave it to him he said it was battery, so I could have held on to it until his birthday in April which was a bit annoying. The store was Cockburn.

- 10. Mazzucchellis is the worst service. This is the first and last time I will ever buy something from your Company, and I will tell everyone that you do not deliver on the customer's money spent on an item. You can't be trusted. Its fraud. Your company is the slackest and most disrespectful service. I purchased this product on 19/1/2025 and paid for express post to receive it on 20/1/25. WHERE IS THE PRODUCT????????????. At this juncture, I am disgusted by your service or, should we say, lack thereof. I was never sent an email with tracking notifications, etc from your company and I did check with my service provider. No one from your company rang me to advise me what was happening with this product. Nobody bothered from your end to notify me it had gone out to the Star Trek airport depot for whatever reason and was supposed to be delivered on the 20th of January 2025, but it is stuck out at the airport depot, and it is now 30/1/205. No one has followed up with me from your end. I am considering reporting your company to Consumer Affairs. To slack to give a rats and I have not even received this product. I am, however, going to launch a media assault on your company based on my direct facts and findings and your failure to provide the gold bangle I purchased from your company if I do not receive this product within 24 hours. The best feedback I can give your company is nothing but appalling.

I looked at multiple sites for the purchase of my Baume et Mercier watch and I am glad I chose Mazzucchelli's Jewellers for the purchase. Mazzucchelli's had an option to ask for a better price than was listed and I was blown away by the savings. The purchase of the watch was very ewasy and arrived days earlier than expected. I have wanted this watch for approximately seven years so I was thrilled to have it delivered so quickly after I had finaly commited to making the purchase. The process was eemless and the price amazing. Very happy.

Beautiful piece Well received by recipient Beautiful pearls with a quality clasp Ordered online no probs Would have rather viewed in person prior to purchase was prepared to spend alot more with personalised service -opening hours online was inaccurate and i wasted my time travelling to a store

Bought off your website, never was there any mention of the product coming from zamels. The box was cheap zamels, the earrings were thrown in and fell out when the box was opened. The staff when collecting were rude but I guess that was because i unknowingly bought a Zamels product. They pretty much threw a bag at me and went to serve someone else, didn’t even wait to check everything was in order. Will never purchase another thing from this website or store.

Extremely poor customer service from online ordering, which also included being lied to about , in their words "being looked after" and then when picking up in store with an appointment made being told by the shop manager, quote "your watch isnt here, i dont know where it is or when it'll be here and i will have to go online and ask the live chat where it is as we cant do that" This was a $3k watch that was a gift from my wife that should have been an extremely enjoyable occasion but turned out to be one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences we have ever had from a shop chain that is supposed to be high end! I placed an order on a Monday after confirmation that it would be fast tracked and received in two business days. This was important as the product was a gift for Saturday. When it hadn’t arrived on Friday I messaged to be advised that the courier didn’t show so it is scheduled to be delivered Monday. I would have reconsidered the purchase if I had known. There was no sympathy either.

Completed online order for two items, necklace & set of matching earrings and was given collection date from selected store due to items not being in stock. Called store on advised collection date to inquire on status of order, was informed that only one item had arrived in store so I attended the store and collected the one item. When asking the sales team member when I could expect the other item to arrive they were unable to tell me as they have no visibility on orders that are placed online however they did check other store for stock and advised that there was stock available at two other stores, I asked if I could attend one of the stores to collect and was told no as this was already on route to their store. On arriving home I then emailed the online section asking when I could expect my missing item to be available for collection. After no communication for a week I called the store again but was informed that my item was not there yet so I started an online chat with another team member who after looking up order asked me if I would like to collect the item from a store that had stock available, even though a week prior I was told that I was unable to do this, to which I replied that I would collect so they emailed the other store and made arrangements for me to collect item the next day. Even though the quality of teh jewellery is good I will not be purchasing from Mazzucchelli's Online system again due to the lack of communication and delay in obtaining item. The online chat individual was terrific and managed to get things sorted so not sure where the disconnect is between the rest of the staff I dealt with.

Very happy with the purchase and online sales staff. When I picked up watch from chadstone and asked about resizing watch, was told that they do not resize brands they do not stock and I should take my watch to mister minute. Was disappointed that I was told to take my watch to mister minute considering what I had spent.

I have made this purchase in the beginning of December, in time for my anniversary 2 weeks later. Unfortunately I am yet to receive my item. There has been a minimal communication and next to no updates. I am feeling disappointed
