Extremely poor customer service from online ordering, which also included being lied to about , in their words "being looked after" and then when picking up in store with an appointment made being told by the shop manager, quote "your watch isnt here, i dont know where it is or when it'll be here and i will have to go online and ask the live chat where it is as we cant do that" This was a $3k watch that was a gift from my wife that should have been an extremely enjoyable occasion but turned out to be one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences we have ever had from a shop chain that is supposed to be high end!
