Unfortunately, the bracelet did not fit my wife's wrist. In view of that, earlier today we went to Mazzucchelli's shop in Belconnen, ACT and we were told that it was not possible to change it because the shop did not have links with an online purchase!
Please tell me how to solve this problem; at this point I am more inclined for a full refund and buy in person, than continue to do shopping on Mazzucchelli's online.
