Dealing with the jeweller themselves was great, a bit of a delay in replying but that went both ways.
My major issue was that a $3600 watch was left in my front door step!!! Surely an item of this value should be only delivered to the door requiring a signature? Maybe Mazzucchellis needs to get onto Australia Post/Star Track and fix it sooner rather than later!
