I ordered a guide spring and a guide for a Hi Point 995 TS. I recieved two guides instead. Called MCarbo and they were the most helpful pleasant customer service I have ever dealt with. Immediately the Emailed me a return label and within 2 days I recieved confirmation that the spring was sent out. The helpfulness and speed is outstanding.
