I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the hygiene standards at the McDonald's in Leytonstone. On multiple occasions, I have personally witnessed rats and mice both inside and outside the restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a place that serves food. The presence of these pests raises serious health concerns and clearly indicates a significant problem with cleanliness and management. This branch is a disgrace to the McDonald's name and poses a serious health risk to the community. It is evident that the management is either unable or unwilling to address this critical issue. For the safety and well-being of customers, this location should be shut down immediately until proper sanitation measures are implemented and the pest problem is completely eradicated.
