“Wasn't expecting that much ice in my drink. Behind the counter was looking very disgusting and the floors have a lot of dirt all around the machines aswell, staff not using ppe correctly and the state of this place is very bad”

On multiple occasions, I have personally witnessed rats and mice both inside and outside the restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a place that serves food.
