“Ordered food took 40 minutes to arrive despite telling me it was on its way 4 times via Uber Eats. It had obviously been sitting there getting cold waiting to be delivered. Food arrived stone cold and milk shake was very strong in flavour and more frothy rather than smooth. Absolutely terrible service. How convenient for you that you could not upload my photographs of the appalling food!”
“Very very bad service from manager he made my friend cry. Very bad he thinks his customers are dirt. We will never return here. Very poor customer service. McDonald's head office need to read comments left about this store and managers all people are saying the same about poor customer service and especially the mangers they laugh when customer are unhappy. “I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the hygiene standards at the McDonald's in Leytonstone. On multiple occasions, I have personally witnessed rats and mice both inside and outside the restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a place that serves food. The presence of these pests raises serious health concerns and clearly indicates a significant problem with cleanliness and management.
This branch is a disgrace to the McDonald's name and poses a serious health risk to the community. It is evident that the management is either unable or unwilling to address this critical issue.
