Avoid this company at all costs. Following a cold call at the door, I agreed to trial 1 litre of milk to be delivered on a Thursday morning. 1 day later I had 2 texts and 2 phone calls asking me to set up a direct debit. The milk was eventually delivered late, on a hot Sunday afternoon and lay outside my door for hours as I was working. I called to cancel any futher deliveries and actually pay for the milk delivered but was told it would be written off. I agreed to another 'free' trial which was then followed by another bunch of phone calls and texts asking me to set up a DD. The milk was delivered and already going off. I eventually phoned back again to cancel and had to sit in a call queue. They tried to go round in circles with me again but I refused to play along this time. I should have checked out the the reviews this company have on-line before accepting the 'free' trial bottle of milk. There are tons of bad experiences similiar to mines and they're not hard to find. They are just a total pressure sales company that are giving the industry a bad name.
