All fine until I decides to cancel! They make it very difficult to cancel. Can't do this on line have to phone then the cancellation line isn't available, went through on another line and they put me through. Then the hard sell began! When I was firm saying I hear all that but want the cancel I then heard the operator saying "f**k sake". Not impressed.
