The man who set up deliveries at my door was lovely. I decided to cancel after a few and called them directly to cancel i was told it was cancelled. 2 more deliveries turn up so i cancelled my direct debit. I recieved a text saying i owed money so called them to say i had cancelled previously. The women on the phone was very patronising and dismissed my story of cancelled and made comments such as ‘you cant afford 1.55’. I am struggling and overdrawn currently so NO i cannot afford this and NO i wont be paying as i spoke to someone who told me it was cancelled. The milk is fine but due to the idiot on the phone i will not be dealing with this company again and will let others know not to use.
