Cowboys at best. Totally abhorrent people on the phone not providing a customer service more a mafia phone line. They threaten to take you to a debt collection agency over £6 after you cancel through their social media chat which is advertised as a quick and easy way to cancel. They are rude on the phone to the point where they basically laugh at you and provoke you so that they can provide an excuse not to talk to you. If this is how they treat humans imagine how they treat the cows. One can only hope they find a profession where they do not have to speak to a human. All this on top of multiple missed orders. Terrible company with terrible staff.
