I want to cancel my order and pay any balance. I have spent ages by email to say I want to CANCEL future delivery. So they say I need to call but I spent already 20 min to wait. I asked about bank details to pay and always say I need to call. I would like to say NO I DO NOT NEED TO CALL! the communication is horrible. TO book delivery was easy but to leave the company they push me to call and give me other offers but I JUST WANT TO SAY GOODBYE.
