Had deliveries for a few years, had a few delivery problems to begin with so I stopped using them for a couple of years, re-started about 4 years ago and only a couple of delivery problems since.
I always contact by phone and they're always very friendly and helpful.
Surprised at the low rating here, guess it's a classic case of those who have nothing to compain about usually don't feel the need to say so.
