In our case, we have had a damaged 2ltre container of milk left on our doorstep for 2 weeks running. We are new customers and today was our 3rd delivery. Last week, when I collected the milk, I found the container had only 1 litre left in it, the rest had leaked out. I rang to report this and felt satisfied when told we wouldn't be charged. Again, this morning, my partner found our milk had almost leaked away. There is clearly some problem with the plastic containers which makes for unreliability. We have cancelled our D/D now and it's back to the supermarket for us. Such a shame as we liked to think we were supporting a co-operative.
