They cold-called in our road which is designated as a no-calling road and then used a hard sell to convince us to take a free trial between 12-18 months ago. The hard sell, the milk quality and delivery were all poor so we did not open an account with them. I've now received a threatening debt collection letter to my house with someone else's name on it chasing £4.58 and claiming they have been communicating with me and trying to resolve the debt which is a complete lie as I've had no calls or letters? Next stop for me will be trading standards.
