Quality ok skirting is excellent, however, one piece had a series of grooves in it probably caused during machining. Got in touch and customer service were also excellent and promised to send a replacement. So why a 4 star rating? Well, received tracking day before telling me that skirting would be delivered between 7.45 and 9.45 am. Delivery location is not occupied (hence the skirting) and 75mins drive away. Checked night before and got ready to leave at 6.15am. Woke up at 5.30 to text telling me that delivery would now be at 6.45. Got up and out and drove to property. At 6.30 while about 15minutes away got text to say delivery at property. Tried to use reply but text system clearly not set up as message would not deliver. Unlike original delivery no attempt to phone me. Probably because it was do early. Arrived to find skirting on ground outside door. No note or anything. So my question is how, having checked at 11.00pm the night before am I supposed to know that delivery’ was advanced by over an hour at a time when construction is not supposed to start until 8.00 am. Need to stick to delivery times previously promised and not at such an ungodly time as 6.30am. Will be ordering more but need to have a conversation about what is an acceptable delivery time and why you can’t just change it without a reasonable notice period.
