“Product great- would have again, however my most recent delivery wasn’t the smoothest. The driver firstly did not knock the door. I purposely waited in for the order. The order was left on the drive way (luckily was sunny) which could have been stolen. I purposely asked in the notes to be called ahead of time (30mins) so I could arrange smooth transition. I am heavily pregnant and cannot lift the material. The only advice the company could offer was to “ask a neighbour to help” or “undo the package and carry one at a time”. Considering I paid £45 for delivery I didn’t think this was dealt with kindness or professionalism. I don’t rate their aftercare and was cut off after trying to call them- I managed to speak with the same operator who said he’d been called into a meeting. There is room for improvement in customer satisfaction. I would only be likely to purchase again due to wanting to match styles.”

“Product was really good. When delivered thankfully I checked my order which was wrong. Lucky for me the van driver was in the van but had not left. I informed him what he delivered was not mine. He informed me I would have to phone the office in the morning. I asked him to check the van. I found my order lucky me.”

“Well made and nicely finished product. First delivery was damaged on delivery which caused me a delay but James dealt with it well and deliveries after that all appeared to be wrapped to protect them. Would definitely use again.”

“Ordered 15 lengths which was delivered promptly. Nice size. Paid extra to get them primed. When delivered the lengths are OK. 2 of them were very rough, not painted properly and will need sanding, so far from ideal.”

“Ordered the incorrect amount for a job so needed to order an additional length, instead of ordering 4.2m I ordered a 3m length as only needed 2. Ordered the same chamfered edge skirting. Delivery was a whopping £27 for 1 length. More expensive than the actual item. It was for a job so I had no option, the chamfer was specific to match up. Delivery arrived 3/4 days later and the skirting profile was different, I'm not sure if this was because it was the shorter length but the chamfered edge was about 10mm longer than the previous ordered sections. When I measured the new profile it turns out my local supplier sells the same thing, I could have saved myself £27. Worst part was my customer wanted me to fit it, if delivery wasn't so ridiculous in price I would have order a replacement but asked for the right profile. My only advice order everything at once and extra. 3m oak stair handrail from stairparts delivery = free just to give a comparison in pricing”
