“Customer service is great, placed my order via phone and it arrived 5 days later. Sadly it arrived damage, there products are shipped straight of the shelves with no protective packaging. This might be OK for others, but I wasn't happy with the scratches and chipped edges on mine. The gentleman I emailed arranged a collection of the window sill and I'll get my refund.”

“Ordering and payment was streamlined and simple with updates on delivery, although given a time of between 1:37-3:37 and the order never turned up untill 4:45 didn’t go down to well with the customer apart from the delivery process the overall experience in ordering 10/10 as for the delivery really needs improving.”

“Unfortunately the samples order I placed was delivered with 2 samples missing. The quality of the samples delivered was great but I fear if a samples order can go wrong then what hope would I have of a whole complete order arriving intact and correct”

“Delivery was ahead of schedule but on inspection of the boards, they had revived damage to the top part meaning that a 6 inch section will need to cut out from two of the boards, hopefully I can work around this Take more care with the transport!”

“Skirting board was good and not warped. Was surprised to find it had been delivered at 6.40 am way ahead of advised time. Was left on drive so good job no one was passing that needed new skirting!”

“The items took around a week to arrive and items were missing when they did. The delivery notification didn’t offer any flexibility and simply explained to make sure someone is available to take the order.”

“Had to order twice because of damage and then second order arrived also damaged. Ok when chased first time but they provide an email address that is a no reply account and so not straight forward. No reply from second chase for damaged piece. Haven't got through on phone despite trying several times. Delivery timing windows are helpful.”

“Reasonable service and good prices. Primer coat is not great - very reminiscent of cellulite. Delivery driver was very disappointing - wouldn't even help my wife lift the 3M skirtings straight in to our hall.”

Hi Jim, I am sorry to hear about the driver. We have a record of this so I will point out who it was to Transport Manager. Technically our delivery is kerbside and our driver's are not allowed to enter properties for insurance purposes. However he should have brough it to the door for you to help you feed it into the hallway. If you do wish to place another order with us, please get in tough beforehand and we will look to add a manual discount for you. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

“Purchased several oak doors for all rooms in the house which I was completely refurbishing room by room. Unfortunately the door to the final room was damaged when I unwrapped it. By now however it had been about 4 months since delivery and so the company refused to replace it so I had to purchase another. They did hold price and didn’t charge delivery to be fair.”

“Unfortunately the design of the skirting and architrave has been changed from the original that's still shown but I wasn't informed of the change and didn't notice the small change until it was fitted I now have two different skirting and architraves fitted in my house”

“It’s upsetting to say as this is my second order with them but the quality seems to have gone down. Skirting board materials came as advertised but on the back of all the boards were machine clamp marks! First purchase amazing no issues this one poor hense the mid score! Luckily this doesn’t effect use as one side was 100% but for example if a bit splintered whilst cutting on the “good side” we would have been in trouble.”

“I bought skirting and architrave for the same room, however when the items arrived I realised that the 2 were slightly different designs. I think this was my fault upon ordering but there is a link to take you to the matching items so not sure who’s in the wrong. Shame that no one picked this up when packing / processing the order as today our carpenter had to rip the skirting down to just a plain square edge instead of a groove as we didn’t have time to send everything back and get a replacement. Just be careful when you buy groove that you buy both the same. I think my order was groove for skirting but groove 1 for architrave. The finished quality is not as high spec as other suppliers as it looks like it needs rubbing down even though the boards have been primed! Not the best scenario but we had to make do!”

“Placing the order was easy and straightforward. Delivery was excellent. My only issue was the quality of the skirting. I had the option of both primer and an undercoat but considering this was MDF I was expecting a very smooth finish. However, in parts it was extremely rough requiring it to be rubbed down. Not good when it was already undercoated.”
