Ordered 2 lengths of windowboard. I had to refuse delivery as both were the wrong size. Waited another week for a correct delivery.

The worst primed finish i have ever had. I have had to sand down the entire front face again just to get the uneven surface back to an acceptable state

Hi Jamie, I sincerely apologise for the delay with the courier regarding the delivery. I have checked our portal with them and it says that the order was delivered this morning. I have refunded the delivery cost past due to the delay and the inconvenience caused.

Sent me boards that were cut incorrectly. No apology when contacted customer service and now have to wait 10 days for replacement.

The quality is terrible, it’s like the architraves are made of paper. I’ve had to buy from elsewhere. Extremely unhappy about this waste of money!!!!!

We placed an order for some window boards and paid extra for super fast delivery. The delivery did not arrive as promised and Iwas informed that we would have to wait another week for the next van to delivery our order. Consequently, we cancelled the order and received a credit.

Good afternoon, Unfortunately there was an issue when loading the van for your delivery. Due to this the driver was not able to deliver your order on the expected day and as you stated there was unfortunately not another van in the area for a number of days. We sincerely apologise for this and the inconvenience caused. This is not the usual experience customers and certainly not the one we want to give to our customers. If you do need to place another order with us in the future, please get in touch beforehand and can look to apply a manual discount due to the issue with this order.

2 of the 3 boards ordered were damaged and the paintwork was average at best. Protect the edges!!!

I ordered 4x lengths of skirting and some architrave - 1 length of skirting wasn't delivered which lead to me not being able to finish the room. i had booked time off work for the delivery and to redecorate a room and due to not having all skirting had to put carpets on hold as well as furniture delivery. I called up to query this and the soonest delivery the missing length could be scheduled for is 6 days later which is an absolute shambles really. Now living in a mess untill the last piece of skirting is delivered. How you can miss an item off a 5 item delivery is beyond me, will not be using skirting world again.

I am very sorry to hear this. We understand the frustration and disruption this must have caused, particularly as it affected your planned redecoration. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a very high volume of orders and this is affecting both production and the transport side of the company. I have refunded 15% of the order cost due to the inconvenience caused.

I placed and paid for an order from Skirting World for 18 lengths of picture rail. I was given a delivery date and time of between 0800-1000 . I was waiting for the delivery before going to work. Unfortunately I didn't get to work as the delivery time changed 7 times . When it arrived after 1600 I had lost a day's wages. The driver knocked on my door and by the time I answered he had driven off and the delivery was left on my driveway. There was no paperwork/ delivery note. Only 9 lengths had been delivered instead of 18. When I asked if the rest could be delivered next day delivery I was told that the earliest it could be delivered would be a further week. This was too late for the job I was doing so asked to cancel the order. I was informed that I would receive an email with a date for the pick up which I am still waiting for. I still haven't received the refund yet either.
