Quality skirting boards at a good price. Delivery could be shorter and much easier with selected delivery days. These are large products so can't be left anywhere and guaranteeing you'll be in given the large delivery window is difficult (although they do provide day before confirmation).

Disappointed in only 50% refund. All skirting is cut to order which is crazy considering how long it takes for ordered to be delivered. Usually a timber merchant has lengths shelved and picked ready for delivery. Dissapointed they couldn’t deliver the new skirting I ordered, when they travelled all the way up to Wigan to collect the wrong profile.

Skirting block plinths are vastly overpriced.
Packaging woefully insufficient - damaged plinths.
Delivery delayed and dumped at door without any notification
Email/Telephone about wrong items and damage - not entertained. Only offering 50% refund.
Never using this company again. Id recommend you dont either.
