I ordered 17 doors and they were delivered in a transit van on top of a palette, but they had not been strapped down so were thrown all over the van from the journey. Luckily none were damaged and the delivery man helped me get them out but I was quite concerned. I also submitted a query via the live chat and never received a response so ordered a fire door from someone else.

Happy with the speedy delivery and overall quality, however the finish really lets it down.
I bught primed to save myself some time on install however the blotchy sprayed primer is going to need sanding back as it will result in a poor finish. I'd recommend going with the unfinished option, if i was to order again thats what I would choose
